What’s included in your program:

1. An introductory 30-60-minute consultation where we go over who you are and what your expectations are for this program. This will allow me to build a profile on you in order to best assist you over the course of the program.

2. After the initial call, a follow-up email will be sent within 1-3 days stating an outline of our program. You will be given daily, weekly, and monthly objectives in order to progress in your development.

3. Weekly 30-minute check-ups will be done to help provide feedback and to assist with any challenges you are facing. And if necessary, changes to your program will be implemented.

4. With your consent, each consultation will be recorded and will be sent to you for your own personal review.

5. When not on a call, you will have 24/7 access to email me and ask me any questions you may have. (Response times may vary) This is only for basic questions. Any advanced questions or topics may be delegated to be discussed during our weekly calls.

6. After our program is over, a comprehensive summary of everything we discussed and what I learned about you will be sent for your future reference. Use it as a reminder and guide as you navigate your life going forward.
